The screening alternatives being advanced through a PEL process for US 20, which were presented to Island Park recently, were considered, rejected and carried forward by ITD, then developed and designed to paper in house by ITD over the last 6 months.  That information was handed out at the May alternatives meeting.  The Island Park Community wishes to engage in their own opportunity for Public Participation and are organizing a Public Meeting.  Please share and plan to attend.
